NursePal Integrated Terms & Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 27, 2025
By using NursePal, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights, responsibilities, and how we handle your personal information. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Introduction
NursePal ("NursePal", "we", "our", or "us") is an employment platform operated by NursePal LLC, a Delaware-registered company. NursePal enables healthcare travelers and professionals to create profiles, explore job opportunities, and apply for positions offered by healthcare staffing partners, employers, and agencies ("Employer Partners").
This document integrates our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to provide clear and transparent information on how you may use the NursePal platform and how your personal information is collected, used, and shared. By accessing or using NursePal, you acknowledge and consent to this policy.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use NursePal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Misuse or impersonation of another person or organization is strictly prohibited.
3. Platform Use
NursePal allows healthcare professionals ("Job Seekers") to create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs posted by Employer Partners. Employer Partners may post available positions, review applicants, and communicate with candidates, provided the Job Seeker has granted explicit consent.
Partners may currently post jobs at no cost. NursePal reserves the right to introduce paid features or premium listings in the future with appropriate notice to users.
4. Information We Collect and How We Use It
NursePal collects information provided directly by users such as names, contact details, professional profiles, resumes, and communication history. We also collect technical and usage data through cookies and analytics tools to improve our platform performance and user experience.
We use this information to enable job matching, facilitate communication between Job Seekers and Employer Partners, and operate our services effectively.
We do not sell or license your personal data to any third parties. Information is shared only with Employer Partners when you apply for a job or explicitly consent to share your profile information.
5. Communication and Consent
Employer Partners may contact Job Seekers through the NursePal platform only after the Job Seeker has provided consent by applying for a job or enabling employer messaging. NursePal may send transactional or service-related communications such as confirmations, updates, or notifications relevant to your account.
6. Data Protection and Security
NursePal implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously monitor and update our practices to safeguard user data.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, designs, and software associated with NursePal are the property of NursePal LLC. Users retain ownership of content they post, but grant NursePal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary for the operation and promotion of the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
NursePal and NursePal LLC provide the platform and services 'as is' and make no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NursePal disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law and Legal Compliance
These Terms and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of NursePal shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Delaware.
10. Changes and Updates
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When updates occur, the revised version will be posted on NursePal with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance.
