All content on NursePal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
NursePal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
